Nach ihren Bachelor-Abschlüssen ‚International Relations and Economics‘ und ‚Geopolitik‘ arbeitete sie als Wirtschaftsprüferin bei der KPMG Rumänien und zog 2012 nach Deutschland, um für die DHL zu arbeiten.

Nach 6 Jahren entschied sich Andrada für die Selbständigkeit und spezialisierte sich im Themengebiet ‚Corporate Startup Collaboration‘ und war Co-Founderin der Gemeinschaftsorganisation ‚Startup Bonn‘.

Sie unterstütze mehr als 1.200 regionale, nationale und internationale aufstrebende Gründer. Sie liebt es Veranstaltungen und Workshops zu organisieren und Multi-Stakeholder-Beziehungen zu verwalten.

Andrada gründete 2014 WEFOUND.org als ‚global caring female entrepreneurs community‘ und verbindet Frauen auf besonderen Events und Meetings.
